Q: Will builders have to replace their current software?

Usually not. The builder offer starts with the systems already in place, such as QuickBooks, JobTread, Buildertrend, spreadsheets, and meeting routines, and adds only the visibility layer justified by the audit.

Q: When should a homeowner reach out?

The highest-leverage time is before signing or before major design and allowance decisions are locked. Remote help can also begin during construction when the documentation exists, but it cannot recreate facts that were never recorded.
