When you submit the contact form or use the client portal login, we collect what you type: your name, email, company details, and the answers you choose to share about your business. (The Operations Assessment application lives with Lujan Advisory at franklujan.com and is covered there.) We do not buy data about you or collect anything beyond what you provide and basic technical information (such as the page you submitted from) used for attribution.
Your information is used for one purpose: evaluating and responding to your inquiry, and running any engagement that follows. Applications are stored in our own client system, read personally, and answered directly. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Submissions are stored in our private client-management system and transactional email is delivered through our email provider. Both are access-controlled and used only to operate Crafted Systems.
