My Home Projects is a personal record-keeping tool for planning and documenting home projects. It is provided by Crafted Systems ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

Everything you enter belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the Export Backup feature. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover it if your device is lost or the app is deleted without a backup.

The app helps you keep records; it does not provide construction, legal, financial, or safety advice. Decisions, change-order records, and budgets you keep in the app are your own informal records — they are not contracts, signatures, or legally binding documents.

Use the app only as permitted by law and by Apple's standard licensed-application terms (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your download from the App Store).

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
